Destination Santa Barbara Wedding

Santa Barbara is often called The American Riviera. It's certainly got all of the ingredients to be so. Pristine beaches, lush hillsides, stunning resorts, and some of the finest shopping and restaurants in walking distance. What made this a true DESTINATION WEDDING is the fact that Dana and James were living in London when they chose Santa Barbara. Sight unseen they decided on The Fess Parker Doubletree Resort. They hired me via Skype meetings. I just love technology is making ANYTHING possible.

From there, we got to work referring vendors that could execute their vision of a laid back SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WEDDING. Their guests hailed from London, Australia, where they currently reside, and Chicago where the bride's family is from. 70 people all traveled to celebrate the love of this very special couple.

Through the lens of Christopher Todd Studios, you can see the joy everyone experienced. Not only did he capture every special moment, he turned around the photos in one day. That's right, this wedding happened Friday, June 8th! I scored a 10 on that referral. Another referral that stole the night was DJ Chuck Kerr of Music On the Move. He kept the dance floor packed all night long. After the final song, the guest were chanting "Chuck, Chuck, Chuck, Chuck". They wanted more more more.

Congratulations Dana and James, we hope your dream of a Southern California Beach Wedding was everything you dreamed of. As you honeymoon in Fiji and return home to Australia, may Santa Barbara always be in your hearts.
