A Scarlet O'Hara Moment

 I had to share this photo because I adore it. My bride Rita allowed me the honor of lacing her into her wedding gown. She had only had one bridesmaid, and she lived out of state. Her beautiful A-Line gown featured a stunning lace corset down the back. Since her attendant couldn't attend the final fitting, the honor was all mine. I love how Suthi Picotte of Picotte Photography captured my intensity. I'm not gonna lie...my hands were shaking at the outset. But once I got going, it was a breeze. How did I do?

Last week, I attended my bride Krisi's final fitting. She also has a lace corset on her gown. Guess who get's to lace her in? That would be me. It's these little moments that I love about my job.

Lacing a corset is not as easy as it looks. If your gown requires you to be laced in, make sure you take along your maid of honor, or someone you trust to handle the pressure on wedding day. Or, just call me...I'd love to be of service.

Sneak Peek - Rita & Charles

Happy and Relaxed are the words that describe Rita and Charles on their wedding day. My heart just bursts with joy when I see them enjoying a happy moment. Rita and Charles were married in November, in Santa Monica. The ceremony was held at St. Monica's with their reception to follow at The Fairmont Miramar.

I'm dying to share more photos of their wedding with you. It was a GREEN wedding. From the paper products to the flowers Rita wanted to ensure that she didn't leave a large carbon footprint behind her. Photography was provided by Suthi Picotte Photography. She is a talented and fun fun fun photographer. I'm bursting at the seams to show you the rest of her work. Huntley Santa Monica Wedding

Monique and Adam are a love story straight out of the story books. They met in the airport in Paris, moved to Spain together and finally ended up living in the Big Apple. Their first date actually took place in Santa Monica at The Penthouse Restaurant, at the stylish Huntley Hotel. The Huntley was the perfect choice for their nuptuals. How many people actually get the change to be married at the exact spot where they fell in love?
